Ayurveda Easter Eggs

How To Make Chocolate That Heals You This Easter

As we learned a few weeks ago that Ayurveda teaches us that by living a balanced lifestyle according to the individual we can achieve harmony in our whole being.

In honour of Easter, we’ve put together this guilt-free Ayurvedic chocolate easter egg recipe for you to create at home. Skipping the additives, preservatives and unhealthy fats used in some mass-produced chocolate eggs means you can control the quality to make it more balancing to your dosha.

Cacao has many health benefits and is a wonderful source of magnesium. It contains chemical compounds that increase our ability to focus, stimulates our brain and lifts our mood for longer. What’s more? Similar to when we fall in love, Cacao raises endorphins in our brain making us feel on top of the world.

As far as consumption is concerned, with chocolate, a little goes a long way. We recommend a maximum of two squares daily.
